If you need to cancel please call/text me 24 hours prior for simple braid styles. 48hrs prior for box braids/knotless and for Haircuts just prior to actual appointment to avoid a $30 rescheduling fee.
After booking an appointment with me, please make sure you have received a confirmation text. (Date, time, address) (I send the day the appointment was made) if you haven't received a confirmation within 24hrs please reach out again. (I do book all my appointments via,text, email, site, pages myself please work with me (I do plan to one day hire assistant) until then please don't be hesitant to call me back.
All services include a wash, please come ready for your hair to be washed prior to styling.
If you are requesting hair braiding services please come with your hair, there is no hair at the salon for you to purchase. Please refer to the recommended hair button to see my recommendations.
If your service is four hours or longer I recommend you bringing a snack or ordering food to my location.
If you are 15 minutes or more late I will have to reschedule your appointment and a deposit will be required for rescheduling.
