Dimples Tha Stylist Policies:

If you are an amazing client please ignore this policy it’s not for you!

  1. I recommend that you make your own appointments so I am communicating with you directly.

  2. There is a $6 late fee for Dimples clients only, for those who arrived late. After 15 mins I will have to reschedule and the a $30 rescheduling will be apply.

  3. If you need to reschedule please do so within 48 hours of your original appointment.

  4. No call, no show will require a $60 fee if you don't cancel prior to the appointment. 50 percent of this fee will go towards the missed appointment and the other 50 percent will go towards your next appointment.

  5. It's best to cancel your appointment via phone call. If you must cancel by text message then be sure to receive a text back stating, "I have you canceled". By canceling your appointment appropriately you will not be put on a deposit list. The deposit list is a list that clients are added to that will have to pay a deposit to schedule with Dimples.

  6. Please do not bring outside products to your hair appointment, I use my own professional products.

  7. Please let me know if you would like to change or dislike something that was done to your hair before leaving so you can avoid another charge.

  8. I specialize in only the styles you see on business page.

  9. Please respect my location, UberEats/Uber, DoorDash, Grub hub and etc.

  10. No Pictures without consent.

  11. No children allowed unless serviced.

  12. You may bring your King or Queen with you!
